Requirements to become a SPARTAN Dropship Dealer
Your organization must be engaged in retail transactions with consumers online. Provide a complete SPARTAN Credit Application with good credit standing and references. Place a minimum initial stocking order of $100 (at Dropship Dealer pricing). Submission of a SPARTAN Credit Application and order constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein. SPARTAN may, at its discretion, reject any request to become an account. Acceptance by SPARTAN does not convey the right to remain an account. SPARTAN reserves the right to review an account's credit at any time and terminate an account for any reason we believe may have a negative consequence to our reputation. SPARTAN reserves the right to change Terms and Conditions at any time.
Ordering Product & Shipping
You will be able to place orders either directly from the Modern Spartan Systems website under your account OR we will arrange a special way for you to place your orders.
Foreign orders will be subject to legal regulations and special shipping charges. We will do our best to accommodate shipping requirements such as providing SDS sheets…
Prices
Use the most current Dropship Dealer price list. Our formulas are subject to material cost increases and shipping expenses. We will do our best to hold prices steady and will try to provide as much warning of price increases as possible, but we reserve the right to change them without notice.Payment Terms & Instructions
All partners unless otherwise negotiated with Modern Spartan Systems must have a credit card on file that will be billed once an order is ready to be shipped. Once a relationship is established, we can discuss an agreement for terms. Orders paid by Check will not be shipped until after payment is received and has cleared the bank. If terms have been negotiated the card will be maintained on file and if a payment has not been received within 10 days of the negotiated terms you agree to allow Modern Spartan Industries to use the card on file for payment of the invoice.

Returns & Restocking Fee
All product returns must be pre-authorized. A Return Authorization (RA) for regular first quality inventory or defective goods may only be obtained by calling SPARTAN customer service department. A copy of the RA must accompany the returned merchandise. Orders or items refused for any reason upon arrival or items returned from a customer's stock must be in un-used, first quality condition as determined by SPARTAN, and unless determined to be defective, will carry a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be complete within 30 days of original receipt.
Standard Freight
Shipments are made FOB SPARTAN. The Title of goods and risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery by any carrier from SPARTAN. Receiving agents must sign carrier's receipt accordingly if packages are damages or tampered. All claims for damaged or lost goods in transit should be made by the recipient against the carrier immediately and send written notice to SPARTAN. SPARTAN will attempt to secure the best shipping rates available via FedEx, UPS, the Post Office, DHL… If the buyer has a shipping account that SPARTAN can easily access, such as a FedEx, UPS or the US Post Office…, we can ship through that account if proper arrangements are made.
Cancellation Policy
If an unavailable item is keeping other items on an order from shipping or you simply decide you don't need an item anymore, you can delete items from your open orders in the Orders section in Your Account. Deleting all items in an order will cancel the entire order. If your order has shipped it cannot be modified.
Privacy Statement
The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your SPARTAN experience. We receive and store information that you give us or that you enter on our Web site. You can choose not to provide certain information. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future orders, communicating with you and so on. To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from SPARTAN if your computer supports such capabilities. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other communications from us, please let us know. Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We do not pass your personnel information on to ANY other companies.
Distributor Terms and Conditions
Requirements to become an MSIC Distributor
Your organization must be engaged in distribution level transactions with retailers. Provide a complete MSIC Credit Application with good credit standing and references. Place a minimum initial stocking order of $2,500 (at distributor pricing). Submission of an MSIC Credit Application and order constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein. MSIC may, at its discretion, reject any request to become an account. Acceptance by MSIC does not convey the right to remain an account. MSIC reserves the right to review an account's credit at any time and terminate an account for any reason we believe may have a negative consequence to our reputation. MSIC reserves the right to change Terms and Conditions at any time.
Ordering Product & Shipping
Initial minimum stocking order at Distributor cost is $2,500 in assorted products per shipping address; subsequent orders must be at least $1,000 per address, with a minimum annual volume of $5,000. Orders above $10,000 may require more than 10 business days to process and ship based on availability of product. Orders will be processed as quickly as possible and are usually shipped within 5 (five) business days. If there is a delay beyond 5 (five) business days, an MSIC rep will contact you. Express shipping can be requested. Foreign orders will be subject to legal regulations. We will do our best to accommodate shipping requirements such as SDS sheets…
Prices
Please use the most current Distributor price list when filling out a PO or placing your order. MSIC will provide updated electronic Distributor price sheets. We will send you more information regarding shipping the returned item back to MSIC at the time of your call. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the products are defective. Your refund will come in the same fashion that payment is made; with credit cards the refund will come within 2-5 days, with checks it will come within 10 business days.

Our combined success will be driven by marketing efforts, education and personal experience. Sales are driven by “early innovators” using the products themselves and going from a “skeptic” to a “believer”, then talking with their buddies. We are committed on a number of fronts to support our distributors and dealers to build the brand and encourage that first personal experience. Below are some of the efforts we are pursuing.
Sales Tools – Firsthand experience is best, but promoting the facts helps to encourage the “tries”. We are committing plenty of resources to develop testing and demonstration evidence in the form of videos, testimonials and test data. As results and data come in, we will make them available to you.
Educational Sales Training - Because our products are so different from the competition, at the start of our relationship we recommend allowing us to set up an educational training session with you, your sales staff or other important people in your organization. This can be done remotely using teleconferencing or live if possible. Without giving away proprietary information, we can explain the various technologies, describe the benefits, explain how to maximize the performance of the products, and answer questions. We are always open to your feedback and ideas!
Digital Marketing – We are constantly working to promote our brand and our Spartan Nation Family with social media marketing, cooperative promotional efforts with partners, affiliate marketing, obtaining media reviews and write-ups from influencers and industry experts, and now with a new website, e-News Letters, and our TV show, Meet Spartan Nation.
Innovative Technical Experts - Our chemists, engineers and small arms experts are some of the top people in their fields. We are committed to working with them to test and improve existing products and develop new products. The goal is to carefully expand our product line in a way that improves the shooting experience of our civilian and military clients.
Promotion of American made and a great charity – We are an All- American company. We use American innovation in our technology and American materials. We manufacture and package our products in America. We are also committed to supporting our American soldiers by sponsoring Camp Patriot www.camppatriot.org with both promotional and financial resources, as well as other great organizations.

Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) Policy
Below is our established a Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) Policy on all Genuine SPARTAN products. The policy applies to all distributors, Dropship Dealers, and store front Dealers of the products. If you distribute in another country, the MAP is converted at the accepted exchange rate to be the equivalent to US Dollars. SPARTAN actively supports the advertising and promotion of its products with financial and non-financial resources and has and is building a strong reputation and following among consumers. This policy is designed to help maintain that reputation and provide for a fair marketplace in the reselling of SPARTAN products.
The MAP policy shall work under the following guidelines:
a. Violation warning process—SPARTAN has established a policy with 3 violation warnings before your company’s reselling agreement is terminated. The first 2 violations will be communication via written notice with a request for correction within 48 hours.b. A violation of this policy by another distributor or retailer does not authorize your company to violate this policy. Such action will result in a written notification.
The terms of this MAP policy are confidential and should not be disclosed to other parties. This MAP policy has been established by SPARTAN to help ensure the legacy of SPARTAN as a top producer of high performance, high quality weapons and optics lubricants and cleaners to protect the reputation of its name and products. The MAP policy is also designed to ensure resellers have the incentive to invest resources into services for SPARTAN customers.
Media Consent form
SPARTAN might like to use your testimonials, test results, photos, videos and so forth in our marketing material, on our website or for other business purposes. UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US IN YOUR THE COMMENTS SECTION OF THE REGISTRATION PROCESS OR VIA EMAIL THAT YOU WANT TO OPT OUT YOU ARE GRANTING SPARTAN the right to use, reproduce, assign and/or distribute written testimonials, testing results, photographs, films, videotapes, sound recordings and the like, of myself for possible use in multi-media marketing materials and presentations such as on websites, blogs, the internet, in print or the like.
If you work or live in a situation that may prohibit us from using your submitted material under your own name, but would like us to use the material under an assumed name, please give us your assumed name in the comments section of the registration form. Fill out the registration with your real name.
