How to use Modern Spartan Systems TVT Engine/Vehicle Formula
Modern Spartan Systems
IMPORTANT – TVT stands for “TOTAL VEHICLE TREATMENT” – the formula has multiple applications. Make sure the SEALS HAVE SET before adding product into engines. DO NOT use in a WET CLUTCH system or in AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS.
- Engines
- Differentials
- Fuel System (gas or diesel)
- Front End, Rear End Differential
- Manual (NOT automatic or wet-clutch) Transmissions
- Power Steering
- Wheel Bearings
TVT will quickly OPTIMIZE all of your vehicles – cars, light trucks, vans, motorcycles, ATVs, boats, big rigs, tractors, forklifts, heavy equipment, generators… – RESULTING IN:
- Increased Fuel Efficiency
- Increased Power
- Lower Operating Temps
- Dramatic Reduction in Metal Wear
- Quieter & Smoother Operation
- Extended Asset Life
- Safety Factor – Possible protection and continued operation of an engine if oil is lost (hitting a pot hole). We do not make any guarantees, but YES, we have seen many cases of vehicles running smoothly after losing engine oil for hundreds and even thousands of miles – NO OIL IN IT!

TVT Application Instructions
Engine – Initial application
Add 6% or 2oz of TVT per quart of oil (5 quart oil capacity will receive 10oz of TVT)
Engine – Subsequent applications after oil changes
Add 3% or 1oz of TVT per quart of oil (5 quart oil capacity will receive 5oz of TVT)
Fuel System
- GAS – Add 1oz per 5 gallons of fuel (a 15 gallon fuel tank will receive 3oz of TVT) after each oil change.
- DIESEL – Add 1oz per 5 gallons of fuel initial application, then 1oz per 10 gallons of fuel after that. (Diesel fuel has no lubrication – TVT adds the lubrication back – Monitor fuel efficiency to find minimum amount needed for optimum results)
Front End, Rear End Differential
Add 6% or 2oz per quart capacity into the system and reapply when fluids are changed on the standard maintenance schedule.
Manual Transmissions
NOT automatic or wet-clutch!
Initial application
Add 6% or 2oz of TVT per quart of oil (5 quart oil capacity will receive 10oz of TVT)
Manual Transmissions (NOT automatic or wet-clutch)
Subsequent applications after trans fluid changes
Add 3% or 1oz of TVT per quart of oil (5 quart oil capacity will receive 5oz of TVT)
Power Steering
Add ½ to 1oz to reservoir (more for larger vehicles)
All wheel bearings
- With oil lubed systems add 1/2oz of TVT/hub
- With grease lubed systems use TVT Ultra Grease
Door, Trunk, Hood & Tailgate hinges
Lube as needed
2 Cycle Engines
- Add 1oz/gallon of premixed fuel every 3rd fill-up
- On a continuous feed system, add 2oz/quart directly into the oil reservoir
